军队期刊编辑强化责任意识消除“文字性错误”摭谈

军队期刊编辑人员必须强化责任意识，努力消除“文字性错误”。其意义在于：可以有效提高学术稿件的质量，提高期刊的质量，能够折射出编辑人员的事业心和责任心。界定了“文字性错误”的定义及内涵；分析了它在期刊中的主要表现形式为文字错误、词语错误、语法错误、标点符号用法错误、数字错误和计量单位错误；提出了“文字性错误”的判断标准。     

基于评估的任务间隔期维修任务选择方法

针对任务间隔期维修任务的选择问题,提出了求解该问题的方法。首先,给出了维修任务优先级评估指标,以及修理有效性评估指标;然后,提出了AHP-熵-DEA-TOPSIS方法,用来确定维修任务的优先级,以及修理有效性;接着建立基于维修效果的数学规划模型,其目标是使维修方案的加权有效性总和在满足维修资源约束条件下最大化。最后,应用该方法对具体示例进行了求解,验证了方法的有效性和可行性。分析表明所求得的维修任务选择方案能够充分利用各种信息,具有较强的可信性与实用性,有助于维修管理人员对维修任务选择进行优化。     

任务成功性优先的多属性维修决策研究

针对现代武器装备执行任务的特点提出了任务成功性优先的多属性维修决策方法。通过以任务成功性为中心的装备维修决策确保装备的任务成功性,利用模糊多属性决策方法对装备的维修费用、维修时间等其他影响维修决策的因素进行综合考虑,使装备的维修策略在确保任务成功性的前提下有进一步的优化。通过应用示例表明了该方法的可用性。     

Deterministic and stochastic scheduling with teamwork tasks

We study a class of new scheduling problems which involve types of teamwork tasks. Each teamwork task consists of several components, and requires a team of processors to complete, with each team member to process a particular component of the task. Once the processor completes its work on the task, it will be available immediately to work on the next task regardless of whether the other components of the last task have been completed or not. Thus, the processors in a team neither have to start, nor have to finish, at the same time as they process a task. A task is completed only when all of its components have been processed. The problem is to find an optimal schedule to process all tasks, under a given objective measure. We consider both deterministic and stochastic models. For the deterministic model, we find that the optimal schedule exhibits the pattern that all processors must adopt the same sequence to process the tasks, even under a general objective function GC = F(f₁(C₁), f₂(C₂), … , f_n(C_n)), where f_i(C_i) is a general, nondecreasing function of the completion time C_i of task i. We show that the optimal sequence to minimize the maximum cost MC = max f_i(C_i) can be derived by a simple rule if there exists an order f₁(t) ≤ … ≤ f_n(t) for all t between the functions {f_i(t)}. We further show that the optimal sequence to minimize the total cost TC = ∑ f_i(C_i) can be constructed by a dynamic programming algorithm. For the stochastic model, we study three optimization criteria: (A) almost sure minimization; (B) stochastic ordering; and (C) expected cost minimization. For criterion (A), we show that the results for the corresponding deterministic model can be easily generalized. However, stochastic problems with criteria (B) and (C) become quite difficult. 高倍率脉冲放电锂电池的功率输出特性

由于电池内阻和极化现象的存在,锂电池在放电的瞬间会出现较大的电压跌落,高倍率脉冲放电锂电池更是如此。为了研究高倍率脉冲放电锂电池的功率输出特性,探讨温度、荷电状态和老化等因素对电池功率性能的影响规律,定义了锂电池的功率特性曲线,搭建了高倍率电池测试平台,并从温度、荷电状态和老化3个阻抗敏感因素开展实验研究。研究方法和结论对后期开展锂电池系统的峰值功率评估和功率曲线预测有一定的指导意义。     

Nuclear security culture enhancement: the role of culture coordinators at Russian nuclear sites

In 2002, a Nuclear Security Culture (NSC) Enhancement Program with the mission to raise the level of the NSC at sites and facilities in Russia's nuclear complex was launched under the guidance of the Russian State Corporation “ROSATOM” and with support from the US Department of Energy. A Joint Working Group for NSC with both Russian Federation and US members was formed and charged with the design and implementation of the program. The program was implemented at sites and facilities on a pilot basis. Nine sites participated in the Pilot Project. The key program component was an establishment of Culture Coordinators (CCs) with the authority to coordinate and implement NSC enhancement activities at sites and facilities. The CCs have served as the force that has maintained the momentum of the Pilot Project and continuously steered the site NSC enhancement efforts. The contribution of the CCs in achieving the positive outcomes of the program cannot be overstated.

移动式C3I机动路线选择多准则决策折衷对话算法

提出非劣路径和满意路径的概念,给出准则网络图满意路径问题的数学模型,利用多准则决策理论和方法,通过构造辅助问题,研究辅助问题和非劣路径的关系,设计出多准则网络图的交互式满意路径算法。     

浅谈战伤修理备件研究

分析了装备战伤修理与平时维修的主要差别,指出平时装备备件研究基本假设不适用于战伤修理备件研究。在此基础上作者介绍了另一种适合于战伤修理备件研究的基本假设,给出了基本的数学推导。最后作者还提出了战伤修理备件研究的一般步骤。     

引导学生积极参与数学课堂学习的探索与实践

树立新理念,创建和谐学习情境,唤醒学生的主体意识,让学生在积极的思维和情感活动中主动地参与教学过程就越来越显现出其重要性了,这也是新课程改革给我们提出的最基本的要求。本文从兴趣引路,激发学生主动参与的积极性;营造民主和谐的氛围,创造学生主动参与的环境;开展小组合作学习,构建学生主动参与的平台;体验成功的愉悦,培养学生的创新能力;正确运用评价,树立学生主动参与的信心等五个方面,阐述了在数学课堂教学中如何让学生主动参与学习。
